24-Hour Cyclethon – 2–3 May 2026 🚴‍♂️

Our 24-Hour Cyclethon returns on 2 May 2026, running from 7:00 am on Saturday 2 May until 7:00 am on Sunday 3 May.

Club members from across all sections will take part in this exciting challenge, with activity taking place across several locations, including Kinnegad Plaza, The Village Inn, Castlejordan, our club pavilion, and even from supporters cycling abroad.

The event will begin at 7:00 am at Kinnegad Plaza, where a club member will start cycling. From that point on, someone will be cycling continuously for the full 24 hours, with participants taking 30-minute slots throughout the event.

We will be sharing updates and photos from each participant’s stint on our social media platforms, so be sure to follow along and show your support. Supporters are also very welcome to drop by any of the locations to cheer us on during the day and night.

If you would like to book a cycling slot, please contact Laura through our social media pages or on 085 146 3345, or alternatively get in touch with Sandra Browne on 0879895480.

This Cyclethon is our primary annual fundraiser, with all proceeds going towards the continued development of our club facilities. We are also proud to be running the event in partnership with Suicide Awareness Ireland, supporting a very important cause within our wider community.

We have also set up an iDonate page here, and we would greatly appreciate any contribution you can make. No matter how big or small, every donation makes a real difference.

Thank you for your support, and we hope to see you along the route! 🚴‍♀️
